Yesodey hatorah primary school not controlling noise from building work or drop-off

Yesodey Hatorah Primary School are encouraging parents to park their cars in the private drive of Lewis Gardens Estate. They are also, after 3 months of it being in disrepair fixing a broken wall. However, they have not sent any warning of noise or building work.
