Abandoned brown bin

This garden bin has been on left on the payment between 209 and 211 Evering Road for months. I've spoken to some of the residents in the flats of these houses and it doesn't appear to belong to them. People walking on the street started to use this bin to throw litter, dog poo bags, etc. Causing it to overflow, atrack animals and stink. Could you collect the bin, please?
