Tree needs trimming

This tree outside my house has gone huge, blocking all sunlight into my property and attracting lots of insects and creating mess. I don't understand why the tree next to it which was significantly smaller was trimmed and not this one!

    This tree branches are now so close to my property that I can touch them if I open my window, but I cannot open my windows because insects and creating are trying to get inside of my property, aided by these branches.

    These Hugh branches are blocking out signals to my satellite dish causing my television to malfunction, blocks out daylight and I have to turn on my electric lighting in the middle of the day.

    The tree next to it which was significantly smaller was trimmed/pruned just a few weeks ago, I do not understand why this one was not trimmed/pruned at the same time.

    This is now an urgent matter the needs resolving.

    I need an update from the Hackney Council, as to what steps are taken to date to deal with this tree issues.
