Repeated littering

I reported this problem before and you fixed it but it recurring again in the same spot most probably by the same household. You need to do something to permanently fix this problem. Send letters to the households where the litter is left outside that they could be fined for this. It’s such a disgusting scene attracts flies and can develop into a health hazard
