Missing Bin - Flytipping

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

There used to be a large bin outside The Plough pub for the rubbish of the whole building. This bin has recently been removed and now people are coming onto our private property (21 Homerton Hight Street) and dumping their rubbish. We have put a padlock on our gate to prevent this but now rubbish and bin bags are being thrown over our fence. Please reinstate their bins, they don't have anywhere to dispose of rubbish
