A Fly-Tipping problem has been found

The link to report fly-tipping is not working. A bunch of junk was dumped outside of my building at around 0815-0900 this morning (8 May). It woke me up and when the bump bump bumping went on a bit I took a look. The attached photos show what was dumped and the registration of the vehicle involved. A gentleman in his 40's with light short hair, Caucasian, wearing a fluro vest was emptying stuff out of a flat in the Peabody flats opposite. He had quite a large vehicle as you can see and took away a fridge or similar and took the trouble to place this junk 20m down and across the road.
