Even more dog poo in Oriel Road

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

People from other streets use Oriel Road as a dog toilet. One man has two aggressive dogs which he can barely control and allows them to poo on the pavement. .. I saw him let them do it this morning. There is poo strewn across the pavement behind my house. There's crap all along the street. Two or three people are responsible for all the muck. Can anything be done to identify and stop them? This filth is never ending.
