The bollard preventing entry and exit to Ebenezer Street has been missing for some weeks

As part of the Hoxton West Low Traffic Neighbourhood scheme planters and a bollard were erected at the junction of Ebenezer Street and Provost Street. The bollard has been missing for several weeks allowing vehicles to pass between the planters in contravention of the LTN scheme.
