Littering and noise around bench next to Karen Houser

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3495955.

There is a bench outside the storage units of Karen House (Burma Court Estate) which attracts daily groups of people littering, taking drugs, and making noise till late at night. Some kids use it to climb on the roof of the storage units, despite the spikes which have been added there last year. This bench needs to be removed / moved somewhere else. It doesn't bring any benefits to the residents but annoyances and littering. Thanks!
