Plastic sheeting stuck in tree on Wenlock Road

There has been plastic sheeting stuck in this tree for a good few weeks - it’s unsightly and is blocking light to the property. It needs someone with a ladder to just come and unlodge the sheeting from the tree. It’s immediately opposite the entrance to ‘units 1-4, 7 Wenlock road’.
