Hazardous scres for trips and wounds with damaged bollards removed

Reported via mobile anonymously at 16:47, Sun 1 May 2022

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

As you can also see on the images, the poll to slow bikes have been removed with sharp screws mounted on the ground visible which can cause trips and wounds if dropped on. It can cause serious injury and is a big risk to those using the York row estate alley way and residents as well as children and elderly people. Moreover, someone has thrown the removed pole/bollard into “general bins area”.

Residents also believe this was removed because there are recycling beside this and the bins could not be taken out and emptied efficiently hence the removal but the consequences now are more severe for injury.

The location of this is beside 35 York row estate E2 8EE. The entrance from Whiston road behind the santander bikes can be used to access and identify this.

I would recommend this should be done with upmost urgency before an accident occurs.
