Since the switch to rubbish collection every two weeks, masses of rubbish is getting left on the pavement and sitting there for weeks on end. And then people on nights out on the high-street leave their takeout rubbish there, and it blows all over the road. After the rubbish is eventually collected, it very quickly reaches this state again.
