Pigeon faeces and nesting

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Since the removal of the netting from the block, this issue has got progressively worse. its now totally out of control. i was away for 2 days and come back to my balcony covered in bird faeces. i spend time cleaning just for the birds to return and try to make it their home. i have a small child and its not hygienic for them to go out there when the problem is this bad. i have had to chuck away furniture that has been totally ruined due to the birds. a solution needs to be found to address this matter,
