Some one is dumping gas canisters, which is full of gas

These gas canisters are full of gas, can be dangerous especially children live in the area. What I’ve sent in the picture, there are more , but I’ve put the rest in the bin next to the shed . This is a continuous problem and not a one off problem. Every time I remove them they bring more
