The corner of Primrose Square and Handley Road is becoming a hot spot of illegal fly-tipping. Curprits are dumping their furniture and other rubbish on the footpath and in the bin area. This could cause potential Fire Safety and H&S risks to the residents and the passers-by. Please look into this matter urgently.
