Household and garden rubbish dumped on pavement. Bins persistently left out on pavement. Street persistently full of litter despite the hard work of our street cleaner who is greatly appreciated.

Dumping of household waste on pavement and bins are permanently left blocking the street. Rubbish is strewn everywhere from bin bags and general littering. Our street cleaner is wonderful but the problem is out of control.
