Overgrown tree

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

There is an overgrown tree in the garden of 85 Edmeston Close. The tree is blocking all light into my flat of 87. The absence of light in the flat has effected my mental health and well-being. I have spoken to the resident and she is not cooperating. She has said that the council will need to attend the maintenance of the tree.
