A Fly-Tipping problem has been found

I am writing to make a complaint about a pretty mountainous pile of black sacks and other rubbish left in the street by nearby residents immediately in front of Ground Floor Flat, 126, Clarence Road E5 8DY, and the Basement Flat, 126, Clarence Road. This pile has been growing since early Thursday morning 21st April, and has not been collected on Friday or today, Saturday 23rd. On Friday and today, there were bin lorries and trucks in Sladen Place and opposite but the pile was left. I saw them collect other rubbish, including over the road.

Today I have walked the entire length of Clarence Road and adjacent roads nearby, and see that all other piles of refuse have been collected yesterday and today. I was checking before I contacted yourselves.

It is this pile that has been ignored only, and it is of a size that it can hardly be missed. There was no obstruction of vehicles parked which could have presented a problem for lorries stopping for two days running I attach two photos taken just now, and request that the rubbish is collected as soon as possible. The pile is likely to get much bigger today and tomorrow Thank you
