Every week, without fail, someone dumps a bag of their rubbish, (containing, food, ashtray empties, baby nappies, and everything else from their house) on this corner of Colenso Road and Saratoga Rd. It's bad enough that they do this, but because food and sh*t is mixed in, it is immediately ripped apart by foxes who cover the street in it all.

More bags today. Mess from the weekend dumping yesterday still there. Anyone looking at this? Maybe something in the bags which shows where it's coming from.
