People and children riding boards and scooters in road to and from park and the shops

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Noise from boards and scooters thundering on paving and road. No body picking up boards and walking. Constant annoying wheels on concrete. Please don't ride the traffic filled road or bump on paving. Persons drinking bottles of beer while riding. Accident waiting to happen. No care for residential area or people on paving.
