Un claimed commercial waste bin

Behind 187 hoxton street is a black commercial waste bin. This bin belongs to none of the businesses in the block. It is however being used as a local dumping ground for waste. This waste is having to be cleared by the local businesses. Please could you remove this bin. It is hoped this will reduce the waste being dumped in the area.
