Parking signs stolen

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

A figure appeared last night and was manually removing the parking code signs. We have had ongoing issues with this as when traffic enforcement visit if there are no signs then no tickets are issued.

Can someone get onto this asap

  • Many thanks for reporting this issue. We have an on going vandalism problem at this location as you will be aware. We visited the location on Friday 22/04 and the signs were cleaned or replaced as necessary. We also issued warning notices to the vehicle parked there at this time. This allows us to then potentially follow up with penalty charge notices at a later date if the situation occurs again and the same vehicle are still parked. PCN's were also issued to those vehicles already warned. If you have any further issues do not hesitate to report these to us.
