New dark green recycling bags splitting/breaking

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

We have taken delivery of a batch of new recycling bags. They are a darker green than the ones we used to get and every single one of them is splitting at the bottom rendering them more or less useless. I am wondering if we have just received a bad batch or if it is a common problem?
