Rubbish continues to be dumped(and ripped open) where bins used to be. Food all over the pavement. Bins need to be replaced

    This is the third time I report this same problem which other residents have been reporting too. Rubbish continues to be dumped in the same location where it’s not supposed to be dumped. It’s disgusting and is a health hazard. Picking it up every time is not the solution. You need to find out who is dumpling this and penalise them. The residents will escalate this issue if not resolved permanently
