25 Martaban Road bins are a health hazard and obstruction

Reported via desktop in the Bin Contamination category anonymously at 15:25, Saturday 16 April 2022

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

25 Martaban Road bins are permanently stored on the Listria Park pavement. This is a serious obstruction of the pavement, a health and safety issue and attracts anti social behaviour. These bins attract vermin and fly tipping. It is an unfair and unacceptable use of the pavement and has been like this for a very long period of time (over 5 years now) and is in fact much worse since the 2* weekly waste collection rota was introduced. It is not fair or acceptable for the residents of Listria Park and Manor Road to deal with this hazard.
