Thanks to an "ongoing issue with the skating community and parks management", we now have a Crappy Old Trainer-festooned Tree Art Piece, alongside the crappy-grafitti-scrawled skatepark, populated by weed-smoking, hippy-crack snorting low-lifes who think they own the place.
