Abandoned traffic counter tube left on road for months

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3444536.

The tube remained abandoned after a traffic counting measure in 2021. The tube has meanwhile become partially loose and is posing a trip hazard, especially for the elderly.
