Cricket nets damaged and unsafe

Over the last year- 6 months the cricket nets at the marshes have been getting worse and worse, there are holes everywhere, the ball can go from the 1st net into the 4th. It's incredibly unsafe, whilst I was running past I got hit by a ball on the shin through a hole in the net, the council need to fix them before someone really gets hurt, there are loads of kids that use the nets to practice too and they're at risk because of the poor/lack of maintenance!!!
