Building contractors disposing of cement/plaster down manhole cover in road.

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3434277.

Just seen a builder lift a roadside manhole cover and pour down waste cement/plaster looking round for people watching. This will block the drain.

  • This gully was cleaned/tested and is running ok. The grate was stuck but has been cleared.
