Abandoned car and cycle obstruction

A cream coloured sports car has been seemingly abandoned - it is covered with a grey sheet and has been outside 25 Alexandra Grove for approx three months. Simultaneously a cyclist has been obstructing access and blocking the pavement with their bicycle every day for months. When asked, they refuse to move their bicycle although they could leave it on or outside their own property. It is an obstruction for anyone trying to park outside 25 Alexandra Grove and an annoyance for those who pay for parking permits, as well as blocking access to the pavement.

Thank you for your report.
This notification is to confirm officers carried out a visit to the location, and carried out an examination to the vehicle in question. Following the inspection made, the vehicle has not been identified as an abandoned vehicle, therefore civil enforcement officers attended the location on the 4th of April 2022, at 15:53. Feedback, following the visit made, demonstrates a penalty charge notice was issued to the vehicle in question. Please be advised, a follow-up visit will take place- the feedback from the visit will take place.
Kindly note that Parking Enforcement are unable to arrange for the removal of the bicycle in question, as we are only able to deal with motor vehicles.
