Huge trees in residents garden in Kedleston court

Neighbour garden has 3 large trees in it, I big 3 1/2m Camellia. A big 6m high x 6m wide cherry tree and a huge conifer which is as tall as the block (4 storeys on top of garages) these block the sun into gardens nd the properties neighbouring. Tenancy agreement states no trees/hedges taller than 2 metres in council property gardens.
