Commercial kitchen waste leaking onto pavement

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

A restaurant on Phipp St has its rear kitchen door located on Christina Street - there are bin bags oozing liquid waste onto the pavement which has gone on for some time - at least several weeks - the pavement is discoloured black and slippery with oil. Some bin bags are ripped open with bits of food falling out. it appears these should be stored in rigid plastic bins.
