People dumping rubbish in the street
Reported via desktop in the Fly-Tipping category anonymously at 13:48, Fri 1 April 2022
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
The fruit and veg shop just up the road on terrace road uses this site to dump their commercial waste which then attracts all sorts of fly tipping and general dumping. The shop should be paying for commercial waste collection from it's site not just dumping everything in the street. The levels of rubbish that are attracted here is ridiculou as you will see form the pictures we get sofas, furniture, old palets etc. I think if the shop was fined or told not to use this site then it would not attract so much other waste. Not only is it unsightly it is also full of dangerous stuff (i've seen broken mirrors / glass here also). Something needs to be done but each day it just gets collected.
