Tables and chairs on pavement (no pavement licence in window) and A-board

Reported via desktop in the Highways Obstructions category anonymously at 11:25, Thursday 31 March 2022

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Loafing, 79 Lauriston Road.

Council policy states businesses with a licence for tables and chairs on the pavement must display at all times the licence they have paid for. This business is not displaying a pavement licence therefore it seems they do not have one.

Also an A-board is on the pavement.

Please reply with a brief summary of enforcement action taken.
