(This report has been duplicated so that the resident can be registered to receive updates regarding the report) ---- A Cleanliness Issue problem has been found by Hackney Council - resident advised that there is a gap between 227c Brooke Rd and 229 Brooke Rd where people keep on urinating, smoking weed and doing heavy drinking which is becoming a nuisance, and has made many reports before regarding this. This is a big cleanliness issue as in the summer time the urination is awful and smells very bad that the residents/neighbours cannot open their window.
