Street Furniture obstructing/too close to entrance of our site

Street furniture/seating area was moved closer to the entrance of Bath Place last year when they were laying cobbles down Rivington Street and it was never put back to its original location. It now obstructs drivers from seeing down Rivington Street as they enter and leave Bath Place. Two of our works have damaged their cars and also they cannot see cyclists coming down Rivington Street as it blocks their view. I have emailed on numerous occasions and been ignored!
