Dog faeces in communal area

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3415356.

The entire communal area is literally plastered with dog faeces! The resident from 1 Pear Tree Close E2 has allowed her dog to freely poo everywhere, she has not bothered to even come out with the dog and its chasing and barking at other residents. The ignorant woman is not even cleaning up after her dog! This is horrible and needs to immediately stop!
