Multiple Road Defects

Sent to Transport For London Street Management 3 minutes later
Two potholes and two uneven road dips over 20 metres on a busy bus route (6 bus routes are served 24/7) presenting hazard and noise disruption. 1) Main pothole is illustrated by the attached photo. It is located on the left hand side (direction of the traffic) of the zebra crossing on Rectory Road after the junction with Brooke Road. The marking is partly concealed. It's over two manhole covers. It's a safety issue for pedestrians and cyclists as it's about 30cm from the kerb. This has previously been reported to TFL (5th January 13, ref 1011720716) who say they provided a temporary fix. As you can see in the photo the fix is substandard and no permanent solution has been mentioned on my follow up calls. 2) Second pothole is around the drain, right in front of bus stop L. 3 & 4) There are two sets of road cracks between the potholes that have formed dips. One is right on the bus lane. As well as being hazardous, the pothole on the pedestrian crossing and the dip on the bus lane, right outside our house, are causing sleep disturbance. We can feel the vibrations through the house as the buses hit the defects and it's causing movement (we've noticed lots of small cracks appearing in the walls).
