Our street has not been swept for three days; it happens too regularly and it's unfair: I see the sweeper sitting around every morning

    Is it council policy to not clear broken glass? because the street sweeper saw this at 9am this morning and decided to leave it; a danger to children and elderly; unacceptable inaction and getting worse. We deserve a road sweeper who cleans properly every day, come on
