This vehicle was used by the TMC at 25 Meadow Close. It had broken down and they had to hire a new one. Been there for several months. This image was taken on Christmas Eve. They have since lost the management of the estate and have left the van behind. It is currently just gathering dust and partly blocking emergency access to Windsor Wharf.

  • The vehicle has been inspected by members of the team and after reviewing all the evidence, they reached the conclusion that it does not meet the criteria for being classified as an abandoned vehicle and removing it. This report has been closed.
