Dear council Every week poo bags are dropped along Hilsea Street and on the other side in Millfields Rd. Please see pictures of the deposits over the recent days. I have spoken now to a number of residents who feel equally disturbed by this. As the school is nearby is is also the issue of bags opening and the poo being smeared on the pavement. I put to you before that we have video evidence of the perpetrators and would like to show you if this is good enough to use in court proceedings. I had no one contacting me however to discuss
