A lot of litter at the end of Crondall Street

Reported via desktop in the Littering category anonymously at 09:49, Sun 20 March 2022

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Hello, A lot of litter builds up at the far western end of Crondall Street. I was wondering if a bin could be put into the area? I regularly litter-pick the area, but it's a recurring problem over the years.

Also, the communal large bins for the estate often get over-full, and then wind blows litter to Crondall Street. But this isn't the whole problem, because it's often clearly takeaway food litter. People will sit on the wall at the end of Crondall Street and eat, and just leave their litter behind. I thought a bin might help!

Finally, it's very close to a school, so keeping it clean around the area seems important!

All the best,
