Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3396720.

In the park there is a speed limit of 5mph. That is a joke. Some of them are riding at full speed - 30mph ?? BAN ALL ELECTRIC VEHICLES !! even better - BAN ALL CYCLES - they've got cycle lanes all over the place - keep them out of the park - it's a nightmare!!
