House abandoned. Loads of rubbish left outside

Our nieghbours at 108 Myddleton Avenue left 2 weeks ago and abandoned all their rubbish on the drive. The usual bin collection wont take it. It is getting opened by foxes and littering the entire estate and is starting to smell. The proeprty is empty so no one to take responsibility. This is now an issue for the entire estate. Please help
