Poo bags deposited near corner building (ex shop) in Hilsea street and opposite in Milfields Rd. I reported problem before. Same dog owners deliberately throw poo bags to the base of trees. I have repeated video evidence so that the owners doing this can be clearly identified. They come down Hilsea street, cross over to Millfields Rd and go in direction of the pond. They throw the bags not realising they are seen. Can you please call me to discuss what can be done?

    Spoke to Neigbour in Millfields Rd who lived there long time. He is very aware of black poo bags deposited around trees along Millfields Rd too Please give me a call to discuss
