Fly tipping around bins continues.

There is a constant state of fly tipping around these four wheelie bins 30-40 Underwood Street. It has become worse after they were locked. Residents and offices just dump their rubbish on the street and pavement now. This is attracting larger items to be fly tipped. There is no regular monitoring or clearing of this area despite many reports.
