Continuous dog poo outside my house

Hello! On 99 Green Lanes and my neighbours there is constant dog poo outside of our houses. Today alone there was one underneath my window and last week there was one right by my door. We are consistently having to clean up after these dog owners. I understand we are on a main road but it's literally next to our properties. Can Hackney do anything about it all? It's very frustrating
