I do believe the reg no is removed in order to avoid parking fines.

  • Dear Sir/Madam,

    Thank you for your report, and for the information provided.

    We can confirm Parking Enforcement attended the location today (1st of March 2022), at 11:29. Feedback, following the visit made, demonstrates the vehicle is presently unenforceable, therefore it has been reported to our Abandoned Vehicles Team- please be advised our officers cannot issue on vehicles not displaying their license plates (or the VIN number). As such, this vehicle has been reported to our Abandoned Vehicles Team- officers will attend the location, and carry out an inspection- the necessary procedure will be carried out.
