Dangerous obstruction of pavement

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

On the pavement opposite Number 73 Aden Grove, a large bag full of builder's rubble, approximately 1'x3'x6' has been lying across 1/3 of the pavement for over a year. It is a danger to people with impaired vision . It needs to be removed.
