Litter strewn and never appears to be swept by council cleaners.

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

I spoke to street cleaners who said it is not their responsibilit but should be cleaned by the Parks Dept. I spoke to a Park Dept employee who said it is the responsibility of the street cleaners. Consequently it is despoiled by litter! Why create a new green landscape to then have it ruined by littering? Whoever is responsible should clean it.
